Making his solo recital at the age of 12, Boyi Fa studied at the Wuhan Conservatory of Music in China before pursuing his undergraduate and graduate studies at the New England Conservatory (NEC) in the United States under the guidance of Bruce Brubaker.

Boyi has received numerous awards in national and international competitions, including First Prize in the 2012 Asia International Piano Competition, Second Prize in the 2013 Yamaha Scholarship Competition, Third Prize in the 2014 China Central Television  Piano Competition, First Prize in the 2019 and 2023 NEC Piano Honors Competitions, Second Prize in the 2020 American Paderewski Piano Competition, and prizewinner awards in the Rosalyn Tureck International Bach Competition and the New York Liszt International Piano Competition.

He has participated in several prestigious music festivals, including the Music Academy of the West, where he attended on a full scholarship in 2018, and the International Mendelssohn Academy in Leipzig, Germany, where he was selected by NEC and awarded a full scholarship.

Boyi has performed at major venues including Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, Hahn Hall in Santa Barbara, the Leipzig University of Music and Theatre, Davis Concert Hall in Alaska, China Central Television Concert Hall, Jordan Hall, Williams Hall, and Yamaha Artist Services New York. He has also appeared as a soloist with orchestras including the China Philharmonic Orchestra and the Wuhan Conservatory Symphony Orchestra.

As the only piano DMA candidate admitted to NEC in 2022, Boyi is currently pursuing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree under Bruce Brubaker. In addition to his performing career, Boyi is an active educator who has guided more than twenty-five students to admission at leading conservatories, including The Juilliard School, Eastman School of Music, New England Conservatory, Boston University, Mannes School of Music, and Manhattan School of Music, many receiving full or substantial scholarships.

Born in Beijing, China, and raised in Tel-Aviv, Israel, pianist Motti Fang-Bentov hails from a multicultural, east-west background. Described by Mitsuko Uchida as “a fine musician”, and applauded for his “depth of understanding of musical styles” by Jean-Yves Thibodeau, his past performances include appearances as a soloist with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra; the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra; the Israeli Symphonic Orchestra; and the New EnglandConservatory Philharmonia, collaborating with conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Vakhtang Kakhidze and David Loebel. He has given solo performances in Heichal Hatarbut, Tel-Aviv; Jordan Hall, Boston; Sala dei Notari, Perugia; and the Rose Theatre at the Lincoln Center, New York. Motti is also the winner of numerous prizes and competitions: the NEC Concerto & Honors Competition (‘18); the Pnina Zaltsman Piano Competition (‘12, ‘15); and the Ashdod Piano Competition (‘12, ‘15).

In addition to solo work, Motti is a passionate chamber musician and collaborator, and is the pianist of the Boston-based Trio Rai, with whom he has won the bronze medal at the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition (‘21). He also attended Ravinia’s Steans Music Institute, the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, and the Perlman Chamber Music Workshop. Recent collaborations include performances with Itzhak Perlman, cellist Lawrence Lesser and violinists Tessa Lark and Maria Ioudenitch.

Motti completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the New England Conservatory in Boston, under the guidance of Alexander Korsantia and Wha-Kyung Byun. In addition to music, Motti loves cooking and has previously worked as a line cook at Sarma, a James Beard nominated middle-eastern restaurant in Somerville. He now resides in Boston with his partner Nadia, and their 4 pound teacup poodle, Boba.

Critically acclaimed Malaysian pianist Sean Gan has established himself as a dedicated and probing musician. In pursuit of artistic excellence, the 26-year-old is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) program at The Juilliard School in New York studying with Mr. Hung-Kuan Chen, where he also earned his Master’s degree. He also studied under Professor Albert Tiu during his undergraduate studies at the YST Conservatory. Under the esteemed and illuminating guidance of his mentors while driven by a curiosity for musical exploration, Sean aims to accentuate the complex interactions between the value of art and its creators through imaginative programming and diversified repertoire.

A versatile and enthusiastic performer, his passion lies in both the realms of the soloistic and collaborative. In 2021, he was tied for first prize in the Artist Category of the National Piano & Violin Competition in Singapore. The piano duo setting is one of his favorite mediums for collaboration; as a sustained team with pianist Lyu-Yan Kuo, they achieved First Prize in the Senior Division of the 2022 7th North-West International Piano Ensemble Competition. His participation in Juilliard’s 2024 and 2025 Chamberfests also testify his sustained passion for chamber music.

Terri Ji is a pianist from Seattle, WA, currently based in New York City.  She has received numerous awards over the years, including as winner of the 2024 Dora Zaslavsky Koch concerto competition at Manhattan School of Music, the Lillian Fuchs Chamber Music Competition, and the Rubinstein Award at MSM, given to a female pianist with exceptional promise in piano performance.  

She made her New York debut with the MSM Symphony Orchestra performing Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.  Other performance highlights include performing at the General Consulate of France in New York, appearing as a soloist with the Vienna Ball Orchestra at Vienna Konzerthaus, performing on live radio with 98.1FM Northwest Focus Live, and performing as soloist with the Philharmonia Northwest as a winner of the Seattle Young Artists Music Festival.   She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the Manhattan School of Music under the guidance of Professor Marc Silverman.

Praised for performing “with the authority of a fully mature artist” (New York Concert Review), pianist Daria Podorozhnova was Second Prize winner at the 2025 Olga Kern International Piano Competition in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Her recent successes include First Prize at the Ann & Charles Eisemann Young Artist Competition in Dallas, which led to a solo appearance with the Richardson Symphony Orchestra in 25/26 season, Gold Medal in the Professional Young Artist Concerto Division at the 2025 International Keyboard Odyssiad® & Festival, U. S. A., which led to a solo appearance with Boulder Symphony orchestra in 26/27 season and First Prize at the Chopin International Piano Competition 2025 in Hartford, Connecticut. She has also received Sixth Prize at the 69th Maria Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona, as well as top prizes at international competitions in Russia and Kazakhstan.

In February 2025, Podorozhnova was named a winner of the Eisenberg–Fried Concerto Competition at the Manhattan School of Music and she performed Brahms’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with the OPUS130 orchestra. Daria has appeared extensively as a recitalist and concerto soloist in Russia and internationally, and has performed at major festivals including Stars of the Baikal, XVII International Piano Festival “Mariinsky”, PianoTexas.

Born in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, Daria began her piano studies at the age of six at the Special Music School affiliated with the Rostov State Conservatory. She studied with Inna Serebryanskaya and later with renowned professor Sergei Osipenko. Daria Podorozhnova is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music degree at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, where she studies with Alexandre Moutouzkine. She is a recipient of the prestigious Harold and Helene Schonberg Pianist Scholarship.

Szuyu Su is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, where she studies with Jon Kimura Parker. She is the winner of the 2025 Shepherd School Piano Concerto Competition. She also received the Silver Medal and the Audience Choice Award at the Young Texas Artists Competition and was invited to perform with the Texas Medical Center Orchestra.

Szuyu attended the Music Academy of the West in 2023 as a fellowship recipient, where she won the Solo Piano Competition and premiered two Etudes by Samuel Adams. In 2024, she returned as a guest artist to present a solo recital, which included the premiere of in place, at hand by Anthony Cheung.

Her honors include the CHIMEI Arts Award, Second Prize at the 2022 Mieczysław Münz Piano Competition and the 2019 Beijing Chopin Piano Competition, where she also received the award for Best Mazurka Performance. She advanced to the second stage of the 2021 Warsaw Chopin International Piano Competition and has since performed with orchestras and given recitals at various venues.

Originally from Tainan, Taiwan, Szuyu began playing the piano at age four. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Curtis Institute of Music and her Master’s degree from The Juilliard School.

Kelvin Tang is an accomplished pianist and composer who began publishing his own works in 2023. His notable compositions include the collaborative Violin Sonata No. 1 and Echoes of Home, as well as the piano solo work Piano Suite No. 2 and Nocturne in Ab major. In 2021, Kelvin won the prestigious Beethoven Takács Piano Competition at Oberlin, marking a significant achievement in his musical journey. Earlier, in 2019, he distinguished himself as the only musician to simultaneously win the top prizes in both the Piano Concerto and Advanced YangQin categories. Recently he was the prizewinner of Yale Gordon Piano Competition from Peabody Institute of Music, and gained an opportunity to work with Peabody Symphony Orchestra to perform Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 3 in the 2026-2027 fall academic year.

Kelvin has performed at a variety of venues during his time at Oberlin, including the 2024 Commencement Recital, where he was selected as a senior representative. He also had the honor of performing in his hometown with renowned celebrity singer Jonathan Wong, showcasing his versatility as both a pianist and YangQin soloist. Audienceme mbers have praised Kelvin’s performances, noting his emotional depth, technical virtuosity, and expressive musicality.

He has participated in numerous masterclasses with esteemed musicians such as Dang Thai Son, Alexander Shtarkman, Stanislav Ioudenitch, Leslie Howard, Richard Goode, Nicholas Namoradze, Robert Levin and Jeffrey Kahane, gaining invaluable insight from each experience.

Kelvin just finished his Master of Music in Piano Performance and will pursue his DMA in the fall of 2026 at the Peabody Institute, where he studies with HieYon Choi. He earned his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, studying under Alvin Chow. Also participated in the junior piano program from Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, studying under Hui Ling.

Zihao Wu is an emerging pianist whose artistry combines commanding technical brilliance with poetic sensitivity. He began his formal piano studies at the Central Conservatory of Music’s Piano Academy at Gulangyu at age eleven and continued his training at the Cleveland Institute of Music with Dr. Daniel Shapiro. He later joined The Juilliard school for his master degree in 2021 under renowned pianist Mr. Sergei Babayan, and completed his Artist Diploma at the Meadows School of the Arts in Texas(2023-2026), continuing his mentorship with Mr. Babayan. In fall 2026, he will begin his doctor of Musical Arts program at the New England Conservatory with distinguished pianist Mr. Alexander Korsantia.

At fourteen, Mr. Wu embarked on a European performance tour across Austria, Germany, France, and Poland—highlighted by his orchestral debut with the Bydgoszcz Symphony Orchestra. He has since collaborated with major leading orchestras across China, including the Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra at the Fujian Opera House and the Qingdao Philharmonic Orchestra at the Shandong Art Center. At sixteen, he gained national attention for performing the complete Chopin 24 Études in concert tours throughout Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and other major cities. In 2025, he presented multi-city performances of Liszt’s complete Transcendental Études (S.139), earning enthusiastic praise for both technical mastery and interpretive depth.

Mr. Wu is a laureate of numerous distinguished competitions. His awards include the Best Mozart Prize at the Cleveland International Piano Competition, Prize winner at the Hong Kong Chopin Competition, First Prize in the Yamaha Scholarship Competition, and First Prize at the Liszt Center Piano Competition. He was honored with the Sadie Zellen Piano Prize in 2021 and the Paul Vellucci Piano Award in 2025 in recognition of his exceptional artistry and musical leadership.

Chinese pianist Fangzhou Ye completed both his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees at The Juilliard School, where he also studied in the Pre-College Division beginning in 2016. Throughout his years at Juilliard, he worked with distinguished teachers including Martin Canin, Ernest Barretta, Yoheved Kaplinsky, Stephen Hough, and Shai Wosner, developing a broad musical foundation and a diverse repertoire.

In 2023, Ye won The Juilliard School Piano Concerto Competition and performed Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Juilliard Orchestra under Tito Muñoz at Alice Tully Hall. He has collaborated with orchestras including the China Philharmonic Orchestra and the Ningbo Philharmonic Orchestra, and has appeared in major concert venues across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including Flagey Concert Hall in Brussels, Helsinki Music Centre, Bolzano City Concert Hall, Sendai City Concert Hall, and the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing.

Ye has been active and earned international recognition from major competitions such as the Rubinstein International Piano Competition, Queen Elisabeth Competition, Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition, and Sendai International Music Competition. His awards include the Grand Prix at the Ocean Music International Competition, Gold Medal at the Beijing International Chopin Competition for Young Pianists, Third Prize at the Ettlingen International Piano Competition.

Gehan, Zhang is a Steinway Young Artist, she completed her master’s degree in music with Professor Soyeon Kate Lee at Juilliard School in this May, and she will study her Artist diploma degree in Royal College of Music with full scholarship in this September. In 2012, she studied with Professor Zhang Jin and was admitted to the first grade of the Junior class at the Affiliated High School of Beijing Central Conservatory of Music. In 2020, she started her Bachelor’s degree with Prof. Douglas Humpherys at Eastman School of Music. The following year, she won second prize at the 6th KAWAI Asian Piano Competition. In April 2023, she won the Eastman School of Music’s piano concerto competition and performed with conductor Neil Varon and the Eastman orchestra in Kodak Hall on November 17. In 2019, she performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Mihail Jora Philharmonic Orchestra of Bacâu in Italy. That same year, she held a solo piano concert at Dalian Poly Theater and collaborated with the Dalian Symphony Orchestra to perform Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3. In summer 2022, she joined Steinway Artists and earned the title of Steinway Young Artist. On October 9, 2023, she was invited as one of the Chinese young musicians to perform at Carnegie Hall’s 2023 Chinese Young Artists Showcase Concert.

Her first physical album, featuring Prokofiev’s 10 pieces from Romeo and Juliet Op. 75 in cooperation with Beijing Global Audio-Visual Publishing House, has been successfully released. In 2025, she was a semifinalist at the 11th Bösendorfer USASU International Piano Competition and has participated in many major piano festivals, including the Aspen Music Festival, Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival, and Gijón Music Festival in Spain.
